Kleskodene i trossamfunn har de siste årene gått igjennom noen endringer og denne masteroppgaven tar for seg hva som har påvirket til disse endringene. Masteroppgaven er delt inn i to deler, en skriftlig del og et praktisk fotoprosjekt.
Teorigrunnlaget tar for seg blant annet «Artes: relasjonell estetikk» (2007) som er aktuelt for fotoprosjektet. Boken av Bjørn Markussen, «Alene ut» (2023), «Myten om kvinnen» (1963), «Det annet kjønn (2000) og ikke minst Bibelen er aktuelt som teori om lukkede trossamfunn og kvinners roller i samfunnet.
I oppgaven tas det i bruk kvalitativ metode for innsamling av data. Her ble det intervjuet mennesker som er og har vært medlemmer av ulike lukkede trossamfunn. Noen av intervjudeltakerne har gitt samtykke for bruk av bilder og informasjon, mens andre valgte å bli intervjuet, men ønsket full anonymitet.
I konklusjonen kommer det kort frem hva som har ført til endringer i kleskoden.
Som en del av masteroppgaven vil det det også være en fotoutstilling, arrangert av UIA hvor jeg viser bilder fra funnene i masteroppgaven.
Abstract
The dress codes in religious communities have in recent years gone through some changes and this master's thesis deals with what has influenced these changes. The master's thesis is divided into two parts, a written part and a practical photo project. The theoretical basis includes "Artes: relational aesthetics" (2007), which is relevant to the photo project. The book by Bjørn Markussen, "Alone Out" (2023), "The Myth of the Woman" (1963), "The Other Sex" (2000) and not least the Bible are relevant as theories about closed religious communities and women's roles in society.
In the thesis, a qualitative method is used for collecting data. Here, people who are and have been members of various closed religious’ communities were interviewed. Some of the interviewees have given consent for the use of photos and information, while others chose to be interviewed, but wanted full anonymity.
The conclusion, it is briefly stated what has led to changes in the dress code.
As part of the master's thesis, there will also be a photo exhibition, arranged by UIA, where I show pictures from the findings in the master's thesis. | |
