dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, I have looked at what might explain that some kindergarten owners have chosen to sell the kindergarten and some have chosen to keep the kindergarten. Based on Bolman and Deal, (2018), I have looked at four different interpretive frameworks / perspectives on what might explain the kindergarten owners' choice to sell or not sell the kindergarten. Based on the theory, hypotheses were developed that were used as a basis to gain an understanding of what might explain the various factors that made respondents chose to sell or keep the kindergarten. The empiricism is collected through interview. I have interviewed three who have chosen to sell and three who have chosen to keep the kindergarten. Each respondent has been through a qualitative telephone interview. When conducting the interview, a pre-structured question guide was used. We have gained a good insight into the different respondents' views on what is challenging, and have been contributing factors to sales and what is good about owning and running a private kindergarten. Through work on this task, I have discovered that the authorities have a very high responsibility in the future to ensure diverse ownership of Norwegian kindergartens. | en_US |
