Sammendrag
The purpose of this study was to study the learning development in kindergarten and kindergarten- and school managers ' view of the learning development kindergarten are facing.
The theoretical background for the discussion of the results in this task was the theory of learning in kindergarten, culture and management, as well as learning organizations and organizational moves. It was used a qualitative approach, with interviews of 3 kindergarten managers (styrere) and 3 school managers (rektorer) in the Lindesnesregionen + Hægebostad municipality.
Management's significance and the organization appear to be of great significance for the views and the opportunities for learning development to these leaders. If the upper management show little or lack of support and engagement it will affect these leaders in their work with the learning development. Their views on learning in kindergarten and the opportunities that are affect the executive link, but the culture is strong in kindergartens and schools. It affects the time it takes to implement the new attitudes and practices.
Level of education and the culture of learning in kindergarten is a major challenge for the leaders that is going to run development work in the projects. There is a big difference in the level of education in kindergartens and it affects how these managers can work with development and views of learning in kindergartens.
