Abstract
The objective of the research is to comprehend how artists and their supporters can develop an authentic yet prosperous artist identity. The assignment is on artist success factors, branding, authenticity, and marketing. I opted to examine the artist carrier of the Norwegian artist Aurora to comprehend the topic and fulfill the assignment's objectives. I would like to better comprehend how she has achieved the success she has, as well as the management's tasks and strategies in developing Aurora's artistic career, as this can be useful and interesting to understand the phenomenon. The study is based on an in-depth interview with Aurora’s artist manager.
