dc.description.abstract | Background: It ́s claimed that physical activity and motor competence are essential components of an active lifestyle and performance in multicomponent sports such as soccer. As a functional and holistic training method, neuromuscular training may promote health-and performance related components in kids’ sports. Aim: The aim was to investigate the effects of nine weeks neuromuscular training on gross-and sports specific motor competence, strength and change of direction in girls. […] Conclusion: The neuromuscular trainings program used in this study did not show an effect on gross-and sports specific motor competence, strength or change of direction among girls.
