This master’s thesis aimed at assessing the involvement of beneficiaries by microfinance institutions in the planning, implementation and evaluation of financial literacy training. The study took a case study of TRUST Bwaise SACCO, found in Kawempe Division, Kampala City, Uganda. This SACCO was founded to support and extend savings, loans services and products to economically disadvantaged and low income individuals and groups that included women, men, youth and entrepreneurs among other sub cat
