This study is based on the Norwegian Directorate of Health's pilot project: Primary health team. The topic of this study is the approach nurses have to patients with mental health challenges in Primary health team. The purpose of this study is to investigate what primary health team nurses cover and uncover of the patient's mental health needs. The study is based on mental health work at GP offices that have established Primary health team in Norway.
