Master Thesis with research of ordinary people in Oslo, Norway who participates in the public debate on social and/or political issues that are important to them.This Master thesis contains a qualitative analysis on the subject of hate speech versus free speech in context of communication on social media platforms, to explore if those who participate in the public debate feel impacted, restricted or limited in their decision-making process when participating on social media platforms
