A theoretical essay that aims to focus on the teacher's responsibilities and tasks in accordance to inclusion in a multicultural classroom, using the texts of John Dewey and Theodor Adorno. It is argued in this paper that an inclusive environment in a multicultural classroom, needs a change of the entire education system and of the whole school culture. Author tries to show that schools that reward middle class culture, are not inclusive, but opposes inclusion principles. It will also focus on the difference between an integrative approach versus an inclusive approach, and on this basis, the author highlights the importance of an inclusive school culture.no_NO
